The Ruthless Audio 1500.4 is the high-output 4-channel amp for systems that need real power across the entire front stage. With 450W × 4 at 2 ohms and 900W × 2 bridged at 4 ohms, it has the muscle for pro-audio mids, demanding component sets, or flexible bridged configurations while keeping the control and crossover range a serious full-range build needs.
WHY CHOOSE THE RUTHLESS AUDIO 1500.4?
- 450W × 4 @ 2Ω (14.4V) — serious per-channel output for high-power speakers.
- 250W × 4 @ 4Ω — plenty of clean headroom for traditional component systems.
- 900W × 2 Bridged @ 4Ω — bridge channels in pairs for high-power 2-channel applications.
- 1-Year 2Ω Warranty Coverage — standard manufacturer defect coverage includes operation down to 2 ohms per channel when warranty conditions are met.
- Clip Light Function — visual clipping feedback helps with gain setup and system protection.
- Wide-Range Crossovers — HPF and LPF controls with x10 multiplier give you far more tuning range than a basic 4-channel amp.
- Tiffany-Style RCA Inputs — secure signal connections for high-output installs.
- 1/0 AWG Power Inputs / 200A Fuse — hardware sized for the amplifier’s real current demand.

AMPLIFIER & WIRING RECOMMENDATIONS
The 1500.4 should be fed with quality 1/0 AWG OFC power and ground wiring and properly fused for the installation. Keep grounds short and low-resistance, route signal cables away from high-current power wiring, and make sure the charging system can maintain stable voltage when all channels are being pushed.
Bridged operation requires a minimum 4-ohm load. Do not wire a bridged pair below that load. Standard warranty coverage is down to 2 ohms per channel in stereo operation when all warranty requirements are met.
Operation below 11V is not covered under warranty. Set gains conservatively, use the clip indicator as a warning tool, and avoid sustained clipping.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is the 1500.4 warrantied at 2 ohms per channel?
Yes. The standard 1-year manufacturer defect warranty covers operation down to 2 ohms per channel when Ruthless installation and operating requirements are met.
Can I bridge the 1500.4?
Yes. It is rated for 900W × 2 bridged at a 4-ohm load. Do not wire a bridged channel pair below 4 ohms.
What is the biggest difference between the 1500.4 and 800.4?
Output and current capacity. The 1500.4 delivers 450W × 4 at 2 ohms compared with 220W × 4 from the 800.4, and it steps up to 1/0 AWG power inputs and 200A fusing.
What does the clip light do?
It provides a visual warning when the output signal is clipping. Use it to help establish safe gain structure, then leave additional headroom for music dynamics and electrical voltage changes.
What can void warranty coverage?
Warranty does not cover vibration damage, wire or debris inside the amplifier, wiring below the covered impedance, external RCA damage, excessive clipping, or operation below 11V. Full warranty terms apply.
EXTENDED WARRANTY
No – Standard Warranty (1 Year)
Includes the standard 1-year manufacturer defect warranty, including covered operation down to 2 ohms per channel when all warranty requirements are met.
Yes – Extended Warranty (2 Years Total)
Adds 1 additional year of manufacturer defect warranty coverage for 2 years total.

FULL-RANGE POWER FOR A SERIOUS FRONT STAGE.
450 × 4. OR 900 × 2 BRIDGED.
The Ruthless 1500.4 is the full-size four-channel option for high-output mids, highs and pro-audio front stages. At 14.4 volts it is rated at 250 watts RMS × 4 at 4 ohms, 450 watts RMS × 4 at 2 ohms, or 900 watts RMS × 2 bridged at 4 ohms.
The Class-D platform uses Tiffany-style RCA inputs, 1/0 power connections, 0.2–6V input sensitivity, an 8–16V operating range and a clip indicator. Its crossover network can run 20–800Hz high-pass or 50–800Hz low-pass, with x10 ranges extending into 8kHz for pro-audio tuning.
WHY THIS AMP?
THE REASON IT EXISTS.
High-output four-channel power for large component sets, compression-driver systems and pro-audio stages.
Bridge the amplifier at 4 ohms when the system calls for significantly more power into two loads.
Full-size power connections and a 200-amp fuse rating reflect the current demand of a 1,500-class four-channel amplifier.
Standard and x10 crossover ranges make the 1500.4 useful well beyond a conventional door-speaker install.
VERIFIED SPECIFICATIONS
THE NUMBERS.
FOUR CHANNELS CAN STILL PULL REAL CURRENT.
FEED THE FRONT STAGE PROPERLY.
The 1500.4 uses 1/0 power connections and a 200-amp fuse rating. Use appropriately sized cable, a short low-resistance ground, secure connections and enough charging and battery support to keep the amplifier inside its 8–16V operating range under load.
If this amp is driving a large pro-audio stage at low impedance for long demo sessions, electrical demand can be substantial even though it is not a subwoofer monoblock.

STANDARD OR EXTENDED.
The standard product option includes a 1-year manufacturer defect warranty. Where offered on the product, the extended-warranty option adds one additional year for 2 years total coverage. Any special impedance warranty requirement shown above still depends on the installation meeting Ruthless requirements.

MATCH THE REST OF THE BUILD.
Choose the speaker or subwoofer load, electrical support, wire size, fuse protection and signal chain before the install starts. The amplifier performs best when the entire system is designed as one package.
