ELECTRICAL & INSTALLATION
The 12500.1 is not a stock-electrical amplifier. At full output, the electrical system must be designed around the amplifier’s current demand. Plan on a properly engineered high-output charging system, a complete Big 3 upgrade, sufficient AGM or lithium reserve, correctly sized OFC power/ground wiring, proper fusing, and extremely solid grounds.
Voltage matters. Warranty coverage does not include operation below 11V. Build the electrical system with enough reserve to keep voltage stable under load, and do not use the amplifier as a substitute for inadequate charging capacity.
For 0.5-ohm operation, verify the final impedance of the complete subwoofer/voice-coil configuration before connecting the amplifier. Do not assume a final load based only on the impedance printed on a single voice coil.

Is the 12500.1 covered at 0.5 ohm?
Yes. The standard 1-year manufacturer defect warranty covers operation down to 0.5 ohm when the amplifier is installed and operated within Ruthless warranty requirements.
Can I run the 12500.1 on stock electrical?
Not if you expect full rated performance. A 12,500-watt amplifier requires a purpose-built electrical system with substantial charging and reserve capacity.
What is the difference between the Black and Red versions?
Color only. Both finishes use the same Ruthless 12500.1 power platform, specifications, warranty options, and performance.
What can void warranty coverage?
Warranty does not cover conditions such as vibration damage, wire or debris inside the amplifier, wiring below the covered impedance, external RCA damage, excessive clipping, or operation below 11V. Full warranty terms apply.

The Ruthless 12500.1 sits at the top of the monoblock lineup for competition and extreme demo systems. Rated at 12,500 watts RMS at 1 ohm, 7,500 watts at 2 ohms and 4,000 watts at 4 ohms at 14.4 volts, it is meant for builds where the electrical, subwoofer load and installation are planned around serious current demand from day one.
Tiffany-style RCA inputs, 1/0 power terminals, 0.2–6V input sensitivity, 10–250Hz frequency response and 0–180° phase control give the installer the connection quality and tuning range needed to integrate flagship low-frequency power correctly.

ELECTRICAL IS PART OF THE AMP.
At this output level, charging capacity, battery reserve, cable size, grounds, fuse protection, connection quality and voltage stability all need to be engineered around the vehicle, final impedance, system duty cycle and how hard you plan to use it.
There is no one-size-fits-all alternator or battery recipe for a 12.5K system. Build the electrical around the real current demand and keep voltage stable under load.
