ELECTRICAL

FEED THE
SYSTEM.

Big power is useless if the charging system, wire, grounds and protection cannot deliver it. Build the current path like the rest of the system depends on it — because it does.

CURRENT BEFORE COSMETICS.

BUILD THE ELECTRICAL
FOR THE POWER.

Wire size, conductor material, run length, grounds, charging capacity and fusing all work together. A high-output amplifier can only use the current the vehicle can supply.
01

OFC VS. CCA

OFC provides higher conductivity for a given gauge. CCA can work in the right application, but size and run length still have to match current demand.
02

THE GROUND MATTERS

The return path is part of the circuit. Keep grounds appropriately sized, secure and connected to clean conductive surfaces.
03

BIG 3 UPGRADE

Upgrading the charging and ground paths reduces restriction in factory wiring. It improves the path; it does not create alternator output.
04

FUSE THE WIRE

Main power wiring needs protection sized for the conductor and installed close to the source.

NOT SURE HOW MUCH ELECTRICAL YOU NEED?

SIZE IT TO THE BUILD.

Vehicle, amplifier load, total power, charging voltage and how you use the system all matter.
